Developer Town Centre Securities has appointed a contractor to deliver its refurbishment of the 1960s office building known as Merrion House in the centre of Leeds.
BAM Construction will deliver the complex remodelling and refurbishment of the office building which until recently was occupied by employees of Leeds City Council.
Northern Sealants and our fire protection division Northern Fire-Tech were awarded the contract by BAM Construction for both the mastic sealing of all joints, and protection of the fire integrity of the build by fire stopping and compartmentalisation.
